I had a great stay at this hotel which was conveniently located near the train station and main attractions. The room I stayed in was cozy and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, truly making my experience special. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming and service could improve significantly, especially in terms of staff attentiveness.
